Both were built by EMD. #7081 is an EFS-17M built in 1956 and rated at 1,750 horsgpower. #9654 is an EH-15 built in 1950 and rated at 1,500 horsepower. They are parked on a passing track near Lewistown, Pennsylvania, waiting for clearance to proceed. (My train is moving from beft to right.)
